Once you get out of the posh and/or hip London neighbourhoods the food is absolutely dire unless you really make a conscious effort to eat well. The climate is shit so you can't do can't exercise outdoors. In addition to the pub grub, high street calorie laden sausage rolls and pies, chip shops, chain fast food, junk food, pre-packed 'meal deals' etc... the average working class person has a dreadful diet of processed meats, white carbs, ready meals, minimal (boiled) veggies and lifestyle related diseases are very high. When McDonald's re-opened after the first lock down idiots queued up for hours blocking traffic so much that police has to be sent out to manage the flow of traffic.

Nope, all the restaurants offer multiple healthy options (even pub restaurants like Wetherspoons) and big portions of vegetables with every meat dish. Food prices are kept low and you can stock up on fruit and veg in supermarkets very cheaply. It's a first world country, not some slum. When I went to America I was appalled by how massive the portions are. Far more steak, far fewer vegetable options on the plate.

I've lived in the UK all my life, both in the north and the south east. It's incredibly easy to eat healthily even if you don't want to cook.

I'm British too so we'll agree to disagree. You CAN eat healthily if you want, most do not due to the food culture they are raised in.

It’s very obvious she eats a lot more than she should. 5K must be close to the actual amount. She probably has no idea how calorie deficit works so she thinks that reducing her calorie intake about 500 calories to 4.5K is enough and will stop her from gaining weight. She is still gaining, but a little bit slower.

It is hard for fatties to reduce the amount of food they consume so she is bound to give up and continue feasting full time.

All that sugar has damaged Gemma's teeth and she's in agony with dental pain. She's taking massive amounts od codeine tablets to cope with it. 2 x Nurofen Plus x 2 x Solpadeine Max = 50mg of pure codeine all at once! That's a lot.

Wow, of course Gemma has got problems with her teeth too! She cannot be stuffing her face with heaps of greasy food, chocolate and sugary drinks and not expect it to affect her teeth at all. Her dentist should tell her off for being such a greedy hog. She should cut down on sugar and other fattening treats.

She is taking a very strong medication so she must be in a lot of pain. Probably a lot of cavities in her teeth caused by the sugar she consumes every single day.

The sugar has probably cracked and rotted one of her teeth and she's developed an abscess underneath it, which can be agony!
